Environment

The Regional Council is concerned to protect the environment and places great importance on developing public transport and thus reducing day-to-day car use and preserving air quality.
One of its primary public transport objectives is to develop a transport network and an attractive range of fares. Since September 2011, a new, more attractive range of fares has been in place on the LER network which is more adapted to individual needs.

In addition, certain LER network carriers have chosen to embark on an environmental approach via a quality charter.
